Placing an Order

Traditionally, you would probably have placed an order by telephone or by visiting the retailer in person.

With E-Commerce you simply fill in some on-screen forms and click a few buttons.

Again there's no need to leave the house.

If you've never made an electronic purchase, you should complete the following activity to experience what it's like.

The activity takes you through the process of locating and purchasing a book from Amazon, an online retailer, but stops short of the actual purchase so that you don't end up having to pay for something you don't want!
