Tables

Sometimes information has to be stored in tables to show its relationship to values. You can do this by using the table tag <table></table>. A table consist of rows and columns (table data) with borders. Here is an example producing two rows, each containing three columns:

<html>
   <body>
      <table border="1">
      <tr>
         <td>Eggs</td>
         <td>Rice</td>
         <td>Milk</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
         <td>4Doz</td>
         <td>5Kg</td>
         <td>6Lt</td>
      </tr>
      </table>
     </body>
</html>
