Team Building Stages
Groups progress through 5 stages; many groups will progress sequentially, however some groups may not pass through all 5 stages, whilst others are not followed in sequence. The five stages are:

'There ought to be a law..'
In groups, decide on the following aspects before one spokesperson communicates your thoughts to the rest of the class. You should adhere to the following:
What the proposed law is; Why the law is needed; What exceptions there may be; What are the punishments etc.
The task is designed for you to work as a team, think creatively and logically, and agree on decisions...
