Shaper
This is the other natural leadership role, but the Shaper is very different from the Chairman. He or she will tend to be brash and incisive. He or she may be impatient and provoke opposition. The Shaper:
- has a sharp tongue
- is happy to give orders
- wants action - fast
- isn't popular
- is emotionally insecure
- may be aggressive
- is highly task-oriented
- is intolerant and critical
