Plant
This is the "ideas" person in the group, highly imaginative and likes nothing better than to search for new way of doing things. The Plant is fairly rare, and may well be quite a loner. He or she may lack practicality which in turn can upset the Shaper, the Monitor-Evaluator and the Company Worker.
The Plant:
- can transform a team with his/her ideas
- may be undiplomatic
- tends to be radical
- is sensitive to criticism and may opt out if rejected
- needs careful handling to keep working happily
