Team Worker
The Team Worker is a counselling type, who is concerned about people and able to "read" them well. He or she is socially oriented, perceptive and promotes harmony within the team. He or she may be indecisive. The Team worker is good at healing the wounds left by Shapers and Plants! The Team worker:
- has strong interpersonal skills
- cares about team cohesion
- works quietly to achieve harmony
- may be seen as too soft
- is emotionally stable
- isn't particularly competitive
- will address and seek to resolve conflict
