Resource Investigator
This is the team's "fixer". Usually an extrovert, the Resource Investigator is good at making useful contacts. He or she can be impulsive and may have a relatively short attention span. Staying focused on the issue in hand can also be a problem for the Resource Investigator. He or she:
- develops contacts and links outside the team
- seeks ideas
- may become bored quickly
- can be impulsive
- needs variety, challenge and constant stimulation
- may focus on irrelevancies
