NSLookup Activity

NSLookup is a utility that can be used to lookup domain names given an IP address or vice versa.

Example NSlookup

Go to the command prompt and type in NSLOOKUP domain name (use any domain name - do not include server).

Now try a reverse lookup by entering NSLOOKUP IP number (use the IP number returned above)

If NSLookup is disabled on your network use a general search engine to search for "convert IP address" - this will return a list of sites that allow you to perform this type activity.
