Practical Support Strategies for SQA Candidates

On Thursday 25 January 2007, the Scottish Sensory Centre and SQA held an event for Teachers of the Deaf at the Jury's Inn in Glasgow. The aims of the day were many including:

• share SQA's recent work/ research with the deaf community
• disseminate good practice to centres
• explain the role of the deaf review group
• discuss the use of signing in exams
