SQA launches International Vocational Award at Getenergy 2008
SQA used Getenergy 2008, the annual global education and training exhibition and conference, to launch the first of a suite of International Vocational Awards (IVAs) developed to meet the needs of the international oil and gas industry.

As part of a Scottish Development International (SDI) energy and education-focussed trade mission to the Middle East, SQA’s Oil and Gas development team (David Adcock and Drew McNeice) will be visiting a number of countries.

Representatives from SQA attended this year’s Getenergy Annual event in Dubai, 26-28 March 2007. The event was attended by 600 delegates from 32 countries.
