Candidate Satisfaction Survey

As part of the SQA continuous improvement strategy we wanted to get a measure of the candidate experience of the DGSA assessment process. To find this out the agreed approach was to issue a satisfaction survey for candidates. Questionnaires were distributed via post on 26th October 2009 to candidates who had sat in the four previous diets; July 2009, March 2009, December 2008 and September 2008. Closing date for returning survey responses was 4th December 2009, allowing respondents just over five weeks for to complete.

311 responses were received from the 880 candidates canvassed, which is 35% of potential respondents.
