Art Exhibition 2007

In partnership with the National Galleries of Scotland, we held a hugely successful Art Exhibition at the IT Gallery in the National Gallery of Scotland, The Mound, Edinburgh, from 24 October 2007 to 4 January 2008.

The Exhibition, which was the first of its kind in Scotland, received more than 9,000 visitors, with over 200 school parties visiting the National Gallery to see works on display.

The Exhibition was launched to great acclaim on 23 October 2007.

The Exhibition featured over 130 spectacular and inspirational exhibits created by the cream of Scotland’s young artists for the 2007 National Course examinations in Art and Design. Works at Standard Grade, Intermediate and Higher were on display. The Exhibition included paintings, sculpture, design, ceramics, fashion and jewellery. All of which gained top marks.
