The VCTs listed below were created by individual teachers who successfully bid for funding from the SQA/Microsoft Partners in Learning Challenge Fund to implement ICT in their classroom or by by teachers who were involved in the Local Authority Innovative Teacher program supported by SQA/Microsoft Partners in Learning initiative. Each authority provided support and direction to their teachers to help them use ICT innovatively in the classroom.
