I don't understand the layout of my certificate – I'm not sure what my results actually are.

Some explanatory notes are on the back of your certificate, but further information can be found on our website www.sqa.org.uk/sqc.

However, if you are having trouble interpreting results it might be best to go to your school/college and ask for help. Your school/college will have your results and be able to explain the certificate layout to you.

Advisors may additionally use their own judgment based on knowledge of the certificate pack and training sessions to give help to callers. Take callers through the cover letter, summary results page and SQC layout
