I have not received a certificate at all – how can I find out my results?

Yes, the address is correct?

Please remember that Royal Mail makes only one postal delivery per day (normally between 7am and 5pm). There is no longer any second delivery post. If the mail has been delivered and there was no certificate envelope, please contact your school or college. Staff there will have access to all your results and are authorised to provide these to you. If it would be helpful I can give you the telephone number of the centre.

No, the address is wrong

It is possible that you are not due to receive a certificate at this time. It is normal practice for results for Unit only programs (modules), HNC,HND and SVQs to be sent out at a later date. Please contact your school or college to clarify when your certificate is due.

I have contacted my centre and they have been unable to verify my results

Please go back to your centre and ask them to make contact with the SQA to resolve the problem.
It is several days since certification and I have still not received my certificate

First confirm that they do not fall into the 'No' category above.

If no certificate has arrived by 4th August, ask the caller to make contact with their centre. The centre will then take ownership of the problem and liaise with the SQA to resolve it.
