This is a request for personal information. The Freedom of Information Act gives individuals the right to access non-personal information held by SQA.
You are entitled to use the Data Protection Act to request access to your marks or any comments made by a marker. (However, you should note that markers are instructed not to add their comments.) This requires you to submit a formal Subject Access Request and to pay a £10 fee. We will then respond to your request within 40 days of receipt.
