I have been awarded a grade D – is this a pass?

Grade D is an award on its own right.

Grade D is awarded where all Units of a course have been completed and where the external assessment (exam) score is normally between 45% - 49%.

Grade D attracts both UCAS and SCQF points

  • Advanced Higher - 72 UCAS points
  • Higher - 42 UCAS points

SCQF - 18 points at the level of the course taken
