I haven't received an e-mail containing my exam results.

If you have not received an e-mail containing your exam results please check the following:

a) Have you signed up and activated your MySQA account?

Yes: see b)

No:

To receive exam results by email you needed to sign up by 5pm on 15 July 2011 and activate your MySQA account by 5pm on 22 July 2011.

Yes:

b) Have you sat exams at Standard Grade, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, Higher or Advanced Higher?

Yes: see c)

No:

Emails are only issued to candidates who undertook an examination based national course during the 2011 examination diet.

Yes:

Some e-mail providers put e-mails straight into junk/spam folders unless you change your settings. Check the settings on your e-mail account to ensure that it is set to accept e-mails from MySQA. 

c) Have you changed your e-mail address and not updated it on MySQA?

No: see d)

Yes:

Your exam results will have been sent to your old email address.  It is not possible to re-send emails.

No:

d) Did you opt out of receiving your exam results by e-mail?

Yes:

Yes: If you opted out of receiving your exam results by email we will not have sent them to you.

No:
