I have been awarded a grade D – what does this mean?

Grade D, like grade C to A, is reported on the Scottish Qualifications Certificate as a Course award in its own right and was introduced in 2004.

Grade D is awarded where all Units of a course have been completed and where the external assessment (exam) score is normally between 45%-49%.
