As the Qualifications Regulator for Scotland, SQA Accreditation requires SSCs/SSBs and Awarding Bodies to work in partnership with them on the credit rating of SVQs for the SCQF.

SQA Accreditation has recently completed a three year project with the key aim of working with SSCs/SSBs and Awarding Bodies to determine SCQF credit and level for approximately 2000 SVQ units (130 SVQs).  The guidance and associated documentation are listed below.
