Feedback from centres on the usefulness of the Course report and any improvements that could be made would be very much appreciated.

The findings of this research will help us to evaluate the usefulness of Course Reports, and how, if we continue to produce them, they can be improved.  We would be grateful if respondents could complete the questionnaire by 15 January 2009.
