Business Development and Customer Support Team
I’m delighted to introduce you to our Business Development and Customer Support Team at SQA.
We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service that is focused on your needs and which supports your aspirations for the future.
Speak to your dedicated team
Two team members will be responsible for your geographical area:
- a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is field-based and who will build and maintain a good working relationship with you
- a Business Development Consultant (BDC) who is based in our Glasgow office and who will work with the BDM to support and address your needs
Your Business Development Team will become knowledgeable about your organisation and your specific needs so enabling them to offer you a better service.
One contact point
There is also a single point of contact for all your enquiries. The MyCentre team is staffed by Business Development Advisors (BDA) who are available to support your needs.
