In addition to the annual SQA update and feedback on External Verification activity, the focus of the event will be on best practice in assessment and evidence gathering. The External Verification team will present and discuss examples of best practice which they have encountered in the course of the past year, including physical examples of actual candidate evidence. The event is therefore ideally suited to those directly involved in the delivery of SVQs in Business and Administration. A certificate will be available to delegates reflecting the four hours of CPD attained on completion of the event.

Places will be limited to one per centre, however, you may request a second person to be placed on a reserve list should an additional place become available.  Complete and return the attached booking form (142 KB) by no later than Wednesday 9 September 2009.

The Event will start at approximately 1030 hours and finish at 1530 hours. Full confirmation details including the programme and venue map will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Invitation letters were sent to all centres offering this qualification on 19 August.
