Following External Verification

This page allows us to obtain centre feedback following external verification activity.

We would appreciate you taking the time to complete the questionnaire as the feedback from centres is a key step in Verifier performance management. All responses will be compiled together and analysed in a reporting application.

As part of SQA's continuous improvement programme, outputs will be shared with the appropriate Senior Verifier for the verification group and can support a requirement for an action plan.

Two new formats have been developed: a PDF document and an online form.

Once completed, the PDF document should be saved and e-mailed to: qav@sqa.org.uk.

By clicking 'submit' on the online form, the responses will be issued directly to the central mailbox.
