Launch of Building the Curriculum 5 - A Framework for Assessment

The Scottish Government has launched new guidance for teachers to help them implement assessment for Curriculum for Excellence. The package of support includes events and best practice examples. It provides an outline of the approaches to assessment to support the purposes of learning 3 to 18.

The Assessment Framework is available and is supported by an associated paper on quality assurance and moderation.
