The Intermediate 2 qualification in Computing provides learners with both the necessary knowledge and the practical problem solving skills to enable them to become the computer scientists of the future.
Learners develop the ability to solve problems by applying knowledge, understanding and practical skills. They study the professional, social, ethical and legal implications of computing, and learn to communicate computing concepts clearly and concisely using appropriate terminology. The course also offers options in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networking, and Multimedia Technology.
The Intermediate 2 Computing Course is at SCQF level 5.
