Professional Development Workshops from SQA
Our programme of Professional Development Workshops provides our customers with the opportunity to gain evidence of continuing professional development relevant to their job role. All of our workshops are delivered by experts who are looking forward to working with you.
At the initial approval stage your Customer Support Manager (CSM) makes sure that your centre has the management structure and quality assurance systems to support the delivery, assessment and internal verification of SQA qualifications.
SQA has an Audit Team within its Customer Support Unit. This team is supported by SQA's Customer Support Managers (CSMs) who audit and monitor quality assurance systems.
