Candidate Advice Line 2009

Wednesday 5 August — Results Day for the 2008–09 exam diet — was the busiest day of the year for our Candidate Advice Line. We received a total of 2,015 calls over the day, and achieved a service level of over 90%.

Volunteers from across SQA, who were trained in call handling, worked closely with our staff in our Contact Centre.

We also received and responded to over 180 e-mail enquiries on results day.
