Congratulations on your appointment as SQA Co-ordinator. You have taken on a vital role for ensuring the effective flow of communication between your centre and SQA.

Getting to grips with an organisation as complex as SQA will probably be a significant challenge for you. That is why we have put together this Guide to help you through the initial steps. You also have the support of your local Customer Support Manager (CSM) who will be pleased to offer support and advice and to act as your main link to SQA. Please feel free to call on our support whenever the need arises.

You will also find our staff in the Customer Contact Centre eager to assist with general enquiries about our products and services. The Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm) on 0845 279 1000 (e-mail: customer@sqa.org.uk). Our website at: www.sqa.org.uk is updated daily, and is an excellent source of information that will assist you in your role.
