Customer Support Managers

This post has been created as a result of the decision to merge the roles of the Customer Account Manager and the Quality Assurance Manager. There are 16 Customer Support Managers, each one responsible for a geographical area within Scotland.

Customer Support Managers provide SQA's customers and stakeholders with:

  • support
  • information
  • advice
  • guidance
  • a range of quality assurance functions
