Who developed the SCQF?
The SCQF is managed by a partnership of SQA, the higher education sector (working through the Quality Assurance Agency and Universities Scotland), and the Scottish Government. The Association of Scotland’s Colleges have recently joined this partnership. However, a much wider range of stakeholders have overseen the SCQF’s development, also including Careers Scotland, learndirect scotland, the Confederation of British Industry, Confederation of Scotland’s Local Authorities, Her Majesties Inspectorate of Education and Communities Scotland.
