EV+ is live!
As part of SQA’s continuous improvement programme, we are pleased to announce that a new online system for the management of external verification processes, EV+, is now live. Following a successful pilot period, this initiative is being made available to all HN and Vocational External Verifiers for session 2011-12.
EV+ will allow you to access and submit all your information on-line for your visits this session, including:
- Receiving your allocated visit lists electronically and providing the facility to accept / decline proposed visits and populate visit dates, removing the need for postcards.
- Accessing stationery (product and candidate lists, previous reports, EV8a templates) and information relating to your allocated centres.
- Submitting your completed visit reports.
EV+ will not only cut down on the amount of time spent on administration and improve efficiency of service, but will also help reduce SQA’s carbon footprint.
Users will be contacted for system registration over a 3 week period starting from 12th September. Training on EV+ will be made available before visit allocations are issued.
