External Verifier: Accessing & Rigging (Scaffolding) (2012)

Applications are invited for the post of External Verifier for SVQs (level 1-3) in Accessing and Rigging for the 2012 session. Applicants will be expected to have sufficient, verifiable, relevant experience and knowledge of the occupational areas to be verified and have knowledge and understanding of the Construction Industry Scaffolding Record Scheme (CISRS).

Should an applicant require release from their employer, they should discuss this before making an application as approximately 5 days release is anticipated in the annual contract period.

Additional time in applicants' own time will also be required to fulfill the duties of this post. Please follow the link below for details of the EV contract specification and selection criteria.

The successful applicant will receive training and induction for the role. Applicants must hold or be prepared to work towards the Learning & Development unit V2. Applicants must also be prepared to participate in training activities for their continuing professional development.
