Classroom Assistants and Support for Learning Assistants PDA Consultation

Proposals for revised PDA

The Qualifications Development Team have completed the review of the above PDAs.  The proposals and consultation document is being sent to all colleges and Directors of Education.  Please note: the consultation period has now been extended. All responses should now be returned no later than 24 October 2008.

Skills for Work Support Network - Early Education and Childcare (Intermediate 1 and 2)

The next Support Network is being held on Monday 3 November 2008 at Langside College (Glenwood Campus, Castlemilk). This event will provide a range of benefits and opportunities including sharing of good practice, discussion of the interpretation of standards and delivery models, and sharing of experiences in delivering the Course.

Further information and a programme will be available in due course. The event will be suitable for those currently delivering, or thinking of offering, the Early Education and Childcare Courses.
