Ann Rattray - HNC Working with Children in Early years

Ann Rattray, who runs the Happy Days nursery, has long seen the benefits to be gained from returning to education.

She went to college after having her family and studied for a Scottish Nursery Education Board qualification. Ann later returned to college and achieved the HNC Working with Children in Early Years followed by a Professional Development Award (PDA) in Childcare.

Happy Days employs around 15 staff and looks after 100 children. Ann also lectures part-time in childcare and related subjects.
