Lesley Blair’s interest in the food industry began during an enjoyable work experience placement in 4th year at school.
After leaving school she went to college where she improved her skills and knowledge by completing a Certificate in Food Laboratory Technology. She then successfully progressed to the HND in Food technology.
Thanks to her qualification, Lesley now enjoys working as the new Product development technologist with leading frozen pastry manufacturer, Freshbake Foods.
