ALISTAIR BRUCE - HND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

After helping out for a time in the hotel owned by his mother, Alastair Bruce decided that it was the career for him.

He has carved out a successful career in the hotel business since completing and HND in Hospitality Management. He began as a Graduate Trainee Manager with Swallow Hotels, gaining valuable experience in locations throughout the UK. This was followed by a spell in management with another hotel chain.

Alastair is now General Manager of the Holiday Inn City West, Glasgow.
