Second Private Meeting - Reaching A Decision

The second private meeting of the Validation Panel will allow the panel to come to one of the following decisions:

• the Group Award is validated
• the Group Award is not validated until conditions have been met
• the Group Award is not validated

Any conditions set should be concerned with rectifying any shortfalls in the proposal and should be time-bound. All conditions have to be met before the Group Award can be formally validated and delivered.

The panel may also make recommendations which should be addressed by the Qualification Design Team. The aim of any recommendations will usually be to improve the quality of the Group Award. Minor issues should be dealt with as recommendations.
