The Second/Final Meeting With The Qualification Design Team

The second meeting with the Qualification Design Team will allow the panel to communicate the result to the team and if appropriate agree with the Qualification Design Team the mechanism and estimated timescale for lifting any conditions. The whole panel should agree with the mechanism to be used. The responsibility for lifting conditions may be charged to a few members of the Validation Panel - often the Chairperson and the centre representative and the SQA representative, as appropriate.
