Validation Conditions
If conditions have been set and subsequently lifted this should also be recorded. If your centre has devolved authority, Centre Tool 24 is a suggested pro-forma to use for lifting conditions. If your centre does not have devolved authority an electronic version of a Validation Conditions form will be provided by the SQA representative.
