Inclusion on SQA's System

If you have devolved authority you should now complete and send in the appropriate documentation to request the inclusion of the Group Award in SQA’s system. This is a DAVAL 1 included in SQA Form 5. You will also be required to send a hard copy of the validated document as well as an electronic copy of the Arrangements document along with the completed DAVAL 1.
