SQA Equality Mainstreaming Report
SQA’s Mainstreaming Report covers the period since the publication of our last Equality Mainstreaming Report in April 2013. It sets out SQA’s commitment to meet and go beyond our statutory obligations under the Public Sector Equality Duty (Specific Duties) and the progress we have made in key areas to mainstream equality - where equality is part of our day to day decision making and is applied to our daily practice.
It also includes the information we are required to publish in relation to employment:
- An annual breakdown of the employment monitoring information gathered by SQA on the recruitment, development and retention of employees.
- A statement on equal pay (including equal pay policy and information on concentration in particular grades and in particular occupations of women and men employees)
- Gender pay gap information.
