I can’t find my Event on the Event Booking System
Please contact the Events team on 0345 213 5580.
If I can’t attend how do I get materials?
Please inform our events team if you are unable to attend. Some events will have materials that can be sent out to centres/individuals after the event has been held. This is subject to each individual event.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation 6 weeks prior to event – no charge
Less than 6 weeks - no refund
Failure to attend – no refund
By completing a booking you agree to the cancellation terms.
Delegate substitutions are welcome at no extra charge.
Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice date to secure your delegate booking. SQA reserves the right to cancel or amend events without prior notice. Suitable alternatives may be offered. In the event of an alternative event being unavailable or unsuitable, a refund will be made.
Is there a cut off time for bookings?
Please check each event as this will be noted in the event details. If registration has closed please contact the events team direct to see if there are any spaces left on the event.
What methods of payments do you acccept?
We accept payments made via purchase orders. You must have a PO Number at the time of booking.
How much do courses cost?
Costs can vary depending on the type of event. Please check the individual event details for information in relation to costs.
Can I substitute a colleague if I can’t attend?
Yes, on our online booking system there is an option to ‘Substitute Colleague’. Please be aware the other delegate must firstly be registered on the online booking system.
Log on to our online booking system and go to ‘My Booked Events’.
Click on the event you wish to substitute and an option to ‘Substitute Colleague’ will appear in the top right hand side.
Enter the person’s email that they have registered with that you wish to substitute and click ‘Find Colleague’ and save.
Do you support events outside of Scotland?
Yes, we hold a number of international events throughout the year and in other parts of the UK.
Do you plan events for external clients?
