Students get to grips with SQA's professional cookery courses - part of our Field to Table offering


SQA has launched a new suite of materials showcasing its qualifications dedicated to the field to table sector.

SQA’s Field to Table offering shows the awarding body’s portfolio of qualifications which have been developed to support the land-based, environmental, food and drink, catering and hospitality industries in Scotland.

A dedicated website - www.sqa.org.uk/fieldtotable - demonstrates the breadth of qualifications on offer among them Higher National Certificates and Diplomas in Agriculture, Fish Farming, Horticulture, Hospitality Supervision and Leadership, Event Management and Professional Cookery.

Courses are available at all levels to support individuals’ career development such as the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders right through to school based National Qualifications in Health and Food Technology.
