We are sorry that you are unhappy and feel the need to complain.
Your complaint will now be entered into our official complaints procedure and passed on to the relevant business area. Our staff there will provide you with a considered response as quickly as possible - within our standard of service of five working days, or 20 working days where an investigation is required.
This means that you will receive a reply no later than 20 working days from date of receipt. If we are unable to meet this deadline we will keep you informed of progress.
Please note - if you are making an anonymous complaint we will not respond to you but will treat the complaint in the same way.
