The Award in Using and Promoting Multi-Channel Retailing in Store at QCF level 2 will develop knowledge and skills which are appropriate to using in-store online facilities as part of multi-channel retailing. Learners can specialise in areas such as how to maintain data confidentiality and security, and how to promote and offer advice to support customers on the use of online retail facilities.

Entry is at the discretion of the centre.

No specific knowledge is required to undertake this Award.

Approval

Centres should come forward for approval and should contact SQA’s Business Development Team for guidance.

Assessors and verifiers must be able to meet SQA’s general requirements for technical/occupational competence as outlined in the Guide to Approval.

Each individual Unit specification gives detailed information on the Evidence Requirements and approaches to assessment for each Unit. Awards are not graded.
