RIS: Research provides a range of high quality research and briefings to SQA and external stakeholders.

We are responsible for producing research on a wide variety of topics to ensure that SQA meets its commitment to establishing evidence-based policies and procedures. We also supply a detailed briefing service on events of interest to SQA in education, lifelong learning, politics and other related areas. Our Research Bulletins, which provide details of research either commissioned or undertaken by RIS, are available on this website, as are a selection of the briefings that we produce.
