The National Qualifications area was simplified to reflect the implementation of the new qualifications. Updates and announcements were added so that all NQ subjects and qualifications show the latest information for teachers and learners.

We reviewed the site with disabled users to identify accessibility problems that we then fixed to improve the service. A programme to audit and simplify content across the site also got underway.

The overall performance of the site was improved so that content loads quicker.

MyAlerts - our web update notification service - was improved to make it more straightforward to use.

MySector - the layout was changed to make it easier to view qualifications by industry sector.

We launched a new Windows version of our MyExams app for the 2016 exam diet to complement our Android, iOS and web timetable builders.

Our MyStudyPlan app was improved so that users can now print a calendar of their study plan - one of the most requested features from learners. The apps were also optimised to make them easier to use.

They continue to grow in popularity and have been a huge success.
