Assessment accommodation requests

It is the responsibility of your centre to provide suitable accommodation for assessments. Where required, appropriate equipment must be provided, and teachers must be present eg in the Modern Languages listening exam, a nominated teacher is required in each exam room.

Our Accommodation Arrangements form can be found on the exam support and forms page of our website. You do not need to submit the form to SQA – its purpose is to help you to identify and record both invigilation and candidate requirements, together with details of the accommodation to be used. The completed form should be retained in your centre.
