Survey: New Mental Health and Wellbeing qualification for educators
SQA is considering developing a new qualification in Mental Health and Wellbeing for staff in Scottish schools, colleges, and training providers.
This new qualification would aim to enable staff to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to educate and support themselves, their colleagues, and their learners, on mental health and wellbeing.
We want to hear from you. We are running a survey to gather your views, and to find out if there is a demand for this new qualification.
Your feedback will help us ensure that the new qualification meets the needs of centre staff:
- Tell us what content and topics you would like the new qualification to include.
- Tell us about your preferred approach to training and assessment.
- Share your views on the benefits of a Mental Health and Wellbeing qualification for staff, as well as any challenges.
Complete the survey
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Please note that the survey will close on Friday 27 May.
